White Fritz –Owner
I grew up in Parma, Ohio; a suburb of Cleveland. I began acrobats at
4 years old and moved into gymnastics by the age of 8 where I became
interested in competitive gymnastics until I was 16. As you can see,
gymnastics was a big part of my childhood which I LOVED! In 1989 I
moved to Phoenix; after working the corporate life while raising
three children, it was time to get back to my first love,
gymnastics. I worked at the Ahwatukee Foothills YMCA as the
Enrichment Coordinator and gymnastic instructor for 5 years before
going on my own with Tumbl-weeds, LLC. I passionately believe basic
gymnastic training is THE BEST way to prepare children for other
sports while gaining confidence, strength, flexibility and core
awareness of the bodies overall muscles. Training the mind and body
to be strong are important ingredients for a healthy life.

I grew up in West Salem, Wisconsin; a small town on the
western side of the state. Athletics was always a part of my life in
Wisconsin but gymnastics was one of my favorites, especially in High
School where we learned life lessons on how to live a healthy active
life. I started gymnastics the age of 7 -- our group traveled and
performed at exhibitions. I was 14 when I began competitive
gymnastics and continued until I was 18. I also planned and ran a
summer gymnastic programs during college. I moved to Phoenix in 1996 with my husband; we have two young
girls who share in our active lifestyle. I love gymnastics as it’s a
great form of exercise and a lot of fun too. It provides children
with qualities that benefit other areas of his/her life which
promotes a healthy environment and positive skills to use throughout
their lives.
Megan
McIntosh- Instructor
I grew up in Oswego, Illinois; about 45 miles west of
Chicago. I moved to Phoenix with my sisters and parents in 2002. I
was involved in gymnastics from the age of 5 until I was 15 years
old; I’ve returned to the sport I love so I can coach and educate
young children about fitness. My favorite thing about gymnastics is
the continuous ability to learn and grow; it keeps you strong,
flexible and in shape. I hope to help children at Tumbl-weeds
accomplish their goals and teach them new challenging skills… help
them achieve their own goals they set for themselves.

"My daughter has trained with Kelle White-Fritz for several years.
Not only has gymnastics been her favorite activity, but my daughter
has learned, in the safest possible environment, how to have great
balance, coordination and strength. Most importantly, she has
learned how to have faith in herself. In the warmest and most
encouraging environments the instructors at Tumbl-weeds have given
her an incredible foundation as an athlete."
